Kuya Productions, a multi-platinum award winning duo from Toronto, consists of Samuel Gerongco and Bobby Brass.
They first started as an R&B singing group called Kuya. After developing their unique style Kuya quickly caught the attention of internationally recognized producers (Wyclef Jean, Pharrell Williams, Babyface), and record labels.
Signing multiple deals with RCA, EMI and receiving other offers thereafter, Kuya continued to be shelved due to the lack of ability of these labels to market an all asian group in the 90s and 2000s. The brothers put the group on hold to develop their craft as songwriters and producers.
With their extensive background, they focused their efforts on early talent development of artists, producers and songwriters leading to multiple awards, #1 records, and all the top accolades worldwide.
